Particular interest is given to programs serving disenfranchised groups, including those with disabilities or terminal illnesses; low-skilled, low-skilled, low-income, and low-education populations; and those in foster homes, shelters, hospitals, prisons, or other remote or isolated situations.

Rumphius Foundation is offering grants up to $6,000 to nonprofit organizations to strengthen local communities, protect the environment, and educate youth. Funding goals include supporting racial equity and environmental and social justice. BIPOC led organizations and those that can demonstrate how their project would contribute to these causes are encouraged to apply.
