Alzheimer's Foundation of America provides funding to nonprofits up to $6,000 for the purpose of alleviating the cost of respite care for families caring for loved ones with Alzheimer’s disease or a related dementia. Funds may be used for in-home care, adult day programs, or other types of respite.
