The Brookdale Foundation Group through its Relatives As Parents Program (RAPP) is offering grants of $15,000 to USA nonprofit agencies to support individuals who are acting as guardians to their young relatives.
Funding is intended to develop new services or expand existing services that support caregivers who have taken on the role of surrogate parents. Priority will be given to organizations that have access to relative caregivers, provide supportive services, and demonstrate broad community involvement and support.
