The Chicago-based Harpo Foundation is inviting applications for its Visual Artists Grants program. Through this program, grants of up to $10,000 will provide direct support to underrecognized visual artists age 21 or older.

Tyson Foods is offering grants to nonprofit organizations to help them implement programs and improve the quality of life in Tyson communities.

The Sprint Foundation is offering grants to nonprofits that focus on education, youth development, arts and culture, the environment and other critical areas.

Verizon Wireless is offering sponsorships of up to $5,000 (or more) to support projects that “builds Verizon’s brand” particularly events or actives that incorporate entertainment and or technology as a way to develop the community.

The Gilead Foundation is offering grants of up to $50,000 (or more) to nonprofit organizations to fund projects that benefit communities in eligible regions.

Bayer (the pharmaceutical company) is offering grants of up to $10,000 (or more) to nonprofit organizations to fund projects that benefit communities in eligible regions. Applicants must Bayer to obtain an invitation code to apply. Eligible project areas are youth development, public safety, and performing arts.
