Alzheimer's Foundation of America provides funding to organizations up to $25,000 to focus on programs that betters the lives of those affected by dementia. Winning programs must demonstrate innovation, greatest need, and replication potential. Programs could involve, but are not limited to, hands-on care, delivery of social services, cognitive stimulation, the arts, safety, and training.
