The Freeport Community Foundation, is accepting applications from youth-focused substance abuse programs.
The fund supports educational, prevention, and/or substance abuse treatment programs focused on helping youth age 21 or younger in Illinois. Grant amounts vary on a project-by-project basis.
To be eligible, organizations must have 501(c)(3) status. In addition, the programs or activities for which they seek support must focus on the education, prevention, and/or treatment of substance abuse in youth (defined as 21 or younger) in Illinois.
