The Department of Defense Research and Education Program provides $100,000 to $2,000,000 to eligible Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs), and qualifying nonprofit partners conducting STEM research aligned with national defense priorities.
