The Rita and Alex Hillman Foundation is offering grants of upto $50,000 to Nonprofit organizations and faith-based entities for projects that address the health needs of vulnerable populations. Applicants must submit a proposal prior to submitting a full application. Funding is intended for programs and activities that address racism and its impact on health.
