Funding is intended for projects that make the topic of economics more interesting and those that can easily be taught in schools and colleges. Projects that help students and adults often identified as “at-risk” of not participating in the market economy are encouraged.
$15k Impactful Project Grant
Tomberg Family Philanthropies is offering grants up to $15,000 to nonprofit organizations, government entities, and public institutions for impactful projects. Focus areas for programs include the alleviation of poverty and education. The Foundation seeks opportunities such as pilot programs, support of a new program, capacity building, a demonstration project, an evaluation, an expansion of an existing project.
