Commissioned Officer Foundation is offering grants of up to $10,000 to USA Nonprofit Organizations for community health programs. Funding is intended to support programs and projects in the areas of opioids and addiction, health misinformation during COVID-19 and beyond, oral health, tobacco use, community health and economic prosperity, and emerging public health threats. Each proposed project or program must have a strong disease and/or injury prevention component that impacts the health of a community by promoting wellness, early detection, and early interventions..
