Other trademarks that may be displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. All content on this website is the copyrighted property of Urban Awareness USA, INC. and is protected by international copyright law.

Our policy is to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws with respect to any content that we may post on this website. Refunds, Returns, Billing Cycle & Cancellations

1.) 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

Unless otherwise described herein, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or refund request for up to 7 days from original purchase date for a full refund (“Refund Period”). After the refund period, no refund or exhange of any kind will be given. Memberships and subscriptions only have one refund period. The refund period IS NOT renewed at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Products must be in the condition you received them and include the original packing slip. We highly recommend you return the product using a tracking number. All transactions are conducted in United States Dollars (USD) and no adjustment for changes in foreign exchange rates will be made.

Once a return is received or valid refund request submitted and approved, the refund process will take no more than 30 days. All refunds will be either returned to the original credit card OR mailed in check form to the billing name and address. International orders that will be refunded back to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.

2.) Consulting, Coaching, Retainer Services & Done-For-You Services

All sales of consulting, coaching, retainer services and/or “done-for-you” services are final, nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refund or credit of any kind will be given.

3.) Retain My Brian

All “Retain My Brain” sales are final, nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refund or credit of any kind will be given.

4.) Nonprofit Bookkeeping & Accounting Group (a.k.a. NBA)

All “Nonprofit Bookkeeping & Accounting Group sales are final, nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refund or credit of any kind will be given.

5.) Funding 365 and Funding 365 PLUS+

All “Funding 365 and Funding 365 PLUS+ sales are final, nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refund or credit of any kind will be given.

6.) Forever Funded With Ty Boone

All Forever Funded sales are final and program fees/purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless the “Funded or Free Guarantee” is exercised and approved by Urban Awareness USA. Funded or Free Guarantee refunds are subject to review and approval of Urban Awareness USA.

In order to be eligible for the “Funded or Free Guarantee”, you must do the following:

a.) Successfully complete 12 FULL MONTHS of the Forever Funded program.

b.) Successfully complete ALL of the “Core Training Modules”.

c.) Successfully PASS ALL “Core Training Quizzes” with a score of 100%

d.) Attend ALL Forever Funded Live Training Sessions.

e.) Successfully complete and submit ALL HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS.

f.) Successfully meet all MILESTONES as outlined in the Nonprofit Success Path.

g.) Successfully submit all “PROOF OF COMPLETION” as requested by Urban Awareness.

h.) Successfully complete all “tasks” assigned to you by Urban Awareness consultants.

i.) Attended all consultation calls with Urban Awareness consultants.

j.) Implement all recommendations given to you by Urban Awareness consultants (and provide proof of completion).

Failure to complete any of the above items shall void the Funded or Free Guarantee.

7.) Your First $2,000 Live With Ty Boone (F2K)

All F2K sales are final and program fees/purchases are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless the “Funded or Free Guarantee” is exercised and approved by Urban Awareness USA.

Funded or Free Guarantee refunds are subject to review and approval of Urban Awareness USA.

In order to be eligible for the “Funded or Free Guarantee”, you must do the following:

a.) Successfully complete 12 FULL MONTHS of the F2K program.

b.) Successfully complete ALL of the “Core Training Modules”.

c.) Successfully PASS ALL  applicable tests or quizzes with a score of 100%

d.) Attend ALL F2K Live Training Sessions.

e.) Successfully complete ALL HOMEWORK ASSIGNMENTS.

f.) Successfully implement ALL F2K STRATEGIES.

g.) Successfully submit all “PROOF OF COMPLETION” or “PROOF OF WORK” as requested by Urban Awareness.

h.) Successfully complete all “tasks” assigned to you by Urban Awareness consultants.

i.) Attended all consultation calls with Urban Awareness consultants.

j.) Implement all recommendations given to you by Urban Awareness consultants (and provide proof of completion).

Failure to complete any of the above items shall void the Funded or Free Guarantee.

8.) Social Enterprise Playbook With Tracy Allen

All sales of Social Enterprise Playbook with Tracy Allen are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. No refund or credit of any kind will be given.

9.) Challenges and VIP Pass

All sales of VIP Passes and or Challenges are final, nonrefundable, and nontranferable. No refund or credit of any kind will be given.

10.) Billing Cycle

All Urban Awareness USA membership fees automatically renew on the “anniversary date” of your purchase. Anniversary dates shall be either monthly or annually depending on which billing cycle you selected at time of purchase. However, Lifetime Memberships DO NOT incur renewal fees.

Membership fees for Urban Awareness USA and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly or annual basis (depending on which billing cycle you selected at time of purchase) to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your membership until your membership is cancelled. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid membership began on a day not contained in a given month. We may authorize your Payment Method in anticipation of membership or service-related charges through various methods, including authorizing it up to approximately one month of service as soon as you register. In some instances, your available balance or credit limit may be reduced to reflect the authorization during your free trial period.

11.) Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Urban Awareness USA service through the end of your billing period. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-term membership periods. If you cancel BEFORE the Refund Period ends, your access to services will end immediately upon successful processing of valid refund request.

To cancel, go to the “Billing & Support” page on our website, select ‘Cancel Membership’, and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your membership, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

The “Cancel Membership Link” and/or live telephone call with an authorized representative of Urban Awareness USA are the ONLY methods of cancellation request that are accepted. Voice mail messages and email messages requesting cancellation or refund WILL NOT be accepted or processed.

12.) Excessive Returns

Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product more than once.

13.) Abuse or Bad-Faith Transactions

Refund request that are considered “abusive” or in “bad-faith” will not be honored. Definition/Determination of “abusive” or “bad faith” transactions are at sole discretion of Urban Awareness USA.

General

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable in any respect by any court with jurisdiction over the parties, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision of these Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the Commonwealth  of Virginia, without regard to conflict of laws provisions thereto. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of, and venue and situs in, Portsmouth, Virginia.
